On 23 February 2024, Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX 24) suspended the admission of Obmar Pty Ltd (ABN 38 125 857 310) ('the Company'), a Principal Trader on the market operated by ASX 24.

The Company was placed into suspension as it ceased to have clearing arrangements in place, an admission requirement under ASX 24 Operating Rule 1000(g).

On 23 May 2024, the period of suspension was extended for a further 90 days.

ASX 24 gives notice that the participation of the Company has now been terminated. The termination is effective as of 4 September 2024.
