ASX 24 – NOTIFICATION OF A TRADING PARTICIPANT SUSPENSION

Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX 24) has been notified that Obmar Pty Limited (ABN 38 125 857 310) (the Company) no longer has clearing arrangements in place, an admission requirement under ASX 24 Operating Rule 1000(g).

The Company is admitted as a Principal Trader on the market operated by ASX 24.

As a consequence of failing to have clearing arrangements in place, ASX 24 has suspended the Company’s admission as a Trading Participant.

Period of suspension 

The initial period of suspension as a Trading Participant will be for 90 days commencing immediately. ASX 24 may extend that period if it considers an extension is necessary or desirable.

Unless otherwise defined in this notice or the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms in this notice have the meanings given to them in the ASX 24 Operating Rules.
