ASX 24 - NOTIFICATION OF A TRADING PARTICIPANT EXTENDED SUSPENSION

On 23 February 2024, Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX 24) suspended the admission of Obmar Pty Ltd (ABN 38 125 857 310 (the Company) as it ceased to have clearing arrangements in place (an admission requirement under ASX 24 Operating Rule 1000(g)) (refer to ASX 24 Notice No. 0169.24.02). The suspension was for an initial period of 90 days.

The Company is admitted as a Principal Trader on the market operated by ASX 24.

Period of suspension

ASX 24 has extended the suspension period for an additional 90 day period.

ASX 24 may extend that period if it considers an extension is necessary or desirable.

Unless otherwise defined in this notice or the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms in this notice have the meanings given to them in the ASX 24 Operating Rules.
