This Notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented for the class of Financial Products listed below, which are issued by Gathid Ltd.

In accordance with ASX Settlement Operating Rule 8.14.1, Participants are advised that the CHESS Subregister will be closed at End of Day on Monday, 12 January 2026. At this time, any remaining holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister. This is the last time and day on which ASX Settlement will process Messages or classes of Messages transmitted by the Trust or any Participants.
