Austraclear Daylight Saving and Anzac Day Session Updates
Participants are advised that ASX Austraclear will amend the session times in line with the RBA RITS system for ANZAC Day and Daylight Saving. Please refer to the amended session times below.
Note, the one-hour difference in session times between Monday, 30th March and Friday 3rd April 2026 inclusive is due to the changeover from Central European Time (CET) to Central European Summer Time (CEST) which occurs one week earlier than the changeover from Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) in NSW.
Anzac Day Public Holiday (NSW)
The New South Wales Government has announced an additional public holiday on the Monday following Anzac day 2026 and 2027.
Austraclear is open for settlement on days that are normal business days for banks in either Sydney or Melbourne. As Victoria has not announced a public holiday on Monday 27th April 2026, Austraclear will be open for settlement and will operate with shortened session times in line with the RBA RITS system.
Austraclear Corporate Actions
As public holidays in New South Wales are not recognised as business days, the Austraclear NSW holiday calendar will now include April 27, 2026.
Record and payment dates for interest and maturity payments falling on this holiday, for series using the NSW calendar, will be adjusted according to the record and payment date adjustment conventions.
