Pursuant to ASX Settlement Rules 12.3.1 and 12.3.2 and ASX Clear Operating Rules 1.22.1 and 1.22.2 , attached to this Notice is the Assurance Report on “Controls at a Service Organisation” relating to the Clearing House Electronic Subregister System (CHESS) for the period 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.
