Today ASX Clear published a consultation paper outlining various changes that are being proposed to ASX Clear Guidance Note 13: Managing Liquidity Requirements (“GN13”).

The consultation paper can be viewed here. The draft updated GN13 (in both clean and marked-up versions) is attached to the consultation paper.

What do I need to do by when?

All ASX Clear Participants should familiarise themselves with the proposed changes and are encouraged to provide feedback in writing by 13 August 2025. Responses should be submitted via email to crateam@asx.com.au.
