This Notice is to notify all Participants that ASX Settlement will revoke approval for the below listed classes of Principal Financial Product.

What do I need to do by when?

At End of Day on Monday, 25 August 2025, in accordance with Rule 8.4.1(b) together with Rule 8.4.1(d) of the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, ASX Settlement will revoke approval of the above classes of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Product and any remaining holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister.

As the CHESS subregister for the above class of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products will be closed, Participants are advised that CHESS will not process messages affecting holder registration details, transfer and/or conversions, initiated by Participants from End of Day on Monday, 25 August 2025.

The balances will be reinstated in the form of Fully Paid Ordinary shares (“FPOs”) (for Scheme CDIs holders who are eligible to receive Astron Limited FPOs, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme Booklet) to the same CHESS sponsored holdings, on the Implementation Date, 29 August 2025 (note that the ticker code ATR will be re-used to reflect the FPO holding balances).

The CHESS Subregister will reopen on Monday, 01 September 2025 and will represent the Astron Limited FPOs.
