Pursuant to ASX Clear Operating Rules 1.22.1 and 1.22.2, attached to this Notice is the Assurance Report on “Controls at a Service Organisation” relating to the Derivatives Clearing System (DCS) for the period 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025.

The report has been prepared in compliance with ASAE 3402: Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organisation.
