ASX Participants were advised via Notice No. 1109.25.09 of the proposed method of termination for ETOs over Gold Road Resources Limited (ASX Code: GOR) under the Scheme of Arrangement with Gruyere Holdings Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gold Fields Limited.
Participants are advised that the scheme is now legally effective.
Termination Prices of Series
GOR ETO series have been terminated at its intrinsic value, using an underlying price of $3.48 – GOR’s last traded price for Friday, 26 September 2025.
Option positions held at the market close on Friday, 26 September 2025 will be closed out and cash settled at the securities intrinsic value. Takers will be credited, and writers will be debited. The cash movements will be settled by ASXCL on Monday, 29 September 2025.
