Crown Resorts Limited (ASX code: CWN) have provided an updated timetable regarding the proposed acquisition via scheme of arrangement of Crown Resorts Limited (ASX code: CWN) by Blackstone that was detailed in Notice No. 0343.22.04 dated Friday, 1 April 2022.
The Crown Resorts Limited (ASX code: CWN) scheme meeting previously to be held on Friday 29 April 2022 has been postponed to Friday 20 May 2022.

Participants should be aware of the content of this Notice as it sets out the updated indicative dates of the termination with respect to open positions in ASX CWN ETOs contracts.
Effective Date
A further ASX Notice will be released after the close of trading on Tuesday, 24 May 2022 setting out termination prices for ETO contracts.
