As detailed recently in the below ASX Market Notices, ASX customers are advised that trading hours on Thursday 24 December 2020 and Thursday 31 December 2020 will be shortened.

This Notice provides advice to Market Information customers of ASX trading arrangements for the 2020/2021 Christmas and New Year periods and changes to product availability times on the shortened trading days.

ASX advises customers that the following days are designated as ASX Non-Trading and Non-Business Days, and all ASX markets and systems will be closed.

-        Friday 25 December 2020

-        Monday 28 December 2020

-        Friday 1 January 2021

Following are the availability details in respect of ASX Market Information products over this period. 

Signal B (real time broker specific electronic trade feed / drop copy)

The GB - End of Trading message will be disseminated at approximately 16:00 hours on the Signal B feed on the shortened trading days.

Gateway Hours (for customers connecting to services via TCP/IP)

Customers are to note that ASX gateway availability will be as per normal on the shortened trading days.

ASX ReferencePoint Daily Official List (end of day and intraday price snapshot service)

Following is the revised timetable for the ReferencePoint Daily Official List price snapshot service for the shortened trading days:

ASX ReferencePoint Market Share Report

The first run of the end of day broker Market Share summary report will be available at approximately 16:00 hours on the shortened trading days. Availability of the final run of the report on these shortened trading days will remain unchanged.

ASX Daily Schedule and Daily Diary

The ASX Daily Schedule will be available from 14:30 hours on the shortened trading days. Availability of the final version of this report on the shortened trading days will remain unchanged.

ASX ComNews™

Subscribers to the ASX ComNews™ company announcements service are advised that this service will be available between the hours of 07:30 hrs and 16:30 hours on the shortened trading days.
