Update 07/05/2019 - Participants are advised that the Scheme Timetable has been delayed as announced by the company. ASX will advise the effective date when the new timetable is announced to the market.
ASX Notice No. 0092.19.02 dated 13 February 2019 described the adjustment method that will apply to ETOs over Amcor Limited (ASX Code: AMC) relating to AMC’s scheme of arrangement to merge with Bemis Company Inc.
Participants are advised that the scheme has been approved by Amcor and Bemis’ shareholders, but still subject to final court approval.

What do I need to do by when?
Effective Date
The Amcor PLC (CDIs) ETOs will be effective for trading from Thursday, 9 May 2019.
Exercise Restriction
Participants are advised that an exercise restriction will be placed on Wednesday, 8 May 2019 when the scheme becomes effective.
Exercise during Deferred Settlement Period
Participants are reminded that options exercised during the deferred period will be settled after the end of the deferred settlement period.
