This Notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented for the class of Financial Products listed below, which are issued by AMC Limited.

UPDATE - Participants are advised that the revocation of approval and conversion of securities to the Issuer Sponsored subregister has been pushed back. The new time is End of Day, Friday 07 June 2019
 

What do I need to do by when?

At End of Day on Friday, 07 June 2019, in accordance with Rule 8.4.1(b) together with Rule 8.4.1(d) of the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, ASX Settlement will revoke approval of the above classes of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products.

Accordingly, all Holdings of the above class of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregisters.

As the CHESS subregisters for the above class of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products will be closed, Participants are advised that CHESS will not process messages affecting holder registration details, transfer and/or conversions, initiated by Participants from Friday, 07 June 2019.

The CHESS Subregisters will reopen on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 and will represent the Amcor Plc CDI’s.
