ASX Listed Entities were advised via Market Notice 1115.26.09  that ASX intends to proceed with the proposals outlined in its response to feedback following consultation on the exposure draft Listing Rules and Guidance Notes amendments concerning shareholder approval of dilutive acquisitions and changes in admission status.

ASX confirms that regulatory clearance has been received. The amended Listing Rules and Guidance Notes for listed entities will come into effect on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.

Please refer to the attached amendments to ASX Listing Rules and associated Guidance Notes, and ASX’s response to feedback for further details about the rules and transitional arrangements.
