This is to notify all Participants that Calidus Resources Limited (Administrators Appointed) (the “Company”) has advised ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ASX Settlement) (ABN 49 008 504 532) of the appointment of Administrators on 01 July 2024. Financial Products of the Company have been suspended from official quotation on ASX Limited since 01 July 2024 under Listing Rule 17.3, having regard to the announcement of the appointment of receivers and managers and administrators to CAI, ASX has determined that CAI’s financial condition is not adequate to warrant the continued quotation of its securities and therefore is in breach of Listing Rule 12.2. The suspension will continue until such time that ASX is satisfied with CAI’s compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 12.2 and that it is otherwise appropriate for CAI’s securities to be reinstated to quotation.

What do I need to do by when?

Suspension from CHESS approval took effect on 03 July 2024.

Pursuant to ASX Settlement Operating Rules 8.4.1(a) and 8.4.1(d), ASX Settlement has suspended the above listed class of the Issuer’s approved Financial Products following the appointment of receivers and managers until further notice.

Participants are advised that, as a result of the Company’s suspension of approval in respect of the above listed class of the Issuer’s approved Financial Products, CHESS will not process Messages affecting Holder registration details. In addition transfer and/or Conversion Messages will not be processed, unless the administrator gives written consent or a Court order authorises the transfer of the securities.
