What is changing?
ASX is making changes to ASX Listing Rules Appendix 2A, Appendix 3A.5, Appendix 3B, Appendix 3G, Appendix 3H and Appendix 4A, which are all made available on ASX Online under section “ASX Appendix Forms”.
The changes will take effect on 5 February 2024 and are summarised below.
Summary of Appendices changes
The changes are:
- Amendment of defined terms to be consistent with Chapter 19 of ASX Listing Rules; and
- Formatting and grammatical amendments.
Marked up versions of the amended word versions of the Appendices can be viewed by clicking on the links below. Equivalent changes will be made to the ASX Online forms, with minor technical adjustments to reflect the online format.

The changes are being notified to the market pursuant to Listing Rule 19.8B.
What do I need to do by when?
The ASX Online Companies website will not be available on 3 February 2024 to implement the changes.
