This Notice is to notify all Participants that ASX Settlement will revoke approval for the below listed classes of Principal Financial Products.

What do I need to do by when?

At End of Day on Tuesday, 10 December 2024, in accordance with Rule 8.4.1(b) together with Rule 8.4.1(d) of the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, ASX Settlement will revoke approval of the above class of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products and any remaining holdings will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister.

As the CHESS subregister for the above class of the Issuer’s Principal Financial Products will be closed, Participants are advised that CHESS will not process messages affecting holder registration details, transfer and/or conversions, initiated by Participants from End of Day, Tuesday 10 December 2024.

The balances will be reinstated in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests (“CDIs”) (for Scheme Shareholders who are eligible to receive Anteris Technologies Global Corp. CDIs, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme Booklet) to the same CHESS sponsored holdings, on the Implementation Date, 16 December 2024 (note that the ticker code AVR will be re-used to reflect the CDIs holding balances).

The CHESS Subregister will reopen on Tuesday, 17 December 2024 and will represent the Anteris Technologies Global Corp. CDIs.
