Notice
The purpose of this ASX Notice is to inform ASX Settlement Participants of the change in unit registry and responsible entity for the following funds for which Bell Asset Management Limited is the Responsible Entity.
Change of Responsible Entity
On 22 April 2024, The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited (Perpetual) will replace Bell Asset Management Limited (BAM) as the responsible entity of the following financial products.
Change of Unit Registry
The change of unit registry (and the Product Issuer Settlement Participant responsible under the ASX Settlement Operating Rules for facilitating settlement of requests for the application and redemption of mFund products) from SS&C Solutions Pty Ltd to Apex Fund Services Pty Limited is expected to occur after close of business on Friday,19 April 2024.

As a result of the change, participants are advised that applications, redemptions or switches for these mFund products received after 11:00am AEDST on Friday, 12 April 2024 will not be accepted for processing (“transactions”). These transactions will ultimately be rejected back to the Settlement Participant concerned.
It is expected that Apex Fund Services Pty Limited will process transactions as normal from Monday, 22 April 2024.
ASX will advise participants should the change in unit registry be postponed.
