The proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Allkem Limited (ASX Code: AKE) and Livent Corporation (NYSE: LTHM) to create a new holding company Arcadium Lithium plc (NewCo) is now legally effective. As a result of the scheme being effective, ASX ETOs over AKE shares will be terminated. 

The methodology for the termination was outlined in Notice No. 1226.23.11.

Termination Prices of Series

The termination has been done at intrinsic value for each series, using $9.83 – AKEs last traded price on Thursday, 21 December 2023. 

Option positions held at the market close on Thursday, 21 December 2023 will be closed out and cash settled at the securities intrinsic value. Takers will be credited and writers will be debited. The cash movements will be settled by ASXCL on Friday, 22 December 2023.
