ReferencePoint Corporate Action, ReferencePoint Master List, Daily Diary and Weekly Summary customers are advised that Freedom Foods Group Limited lodged an announcement on 26 April 2021 detailing a Proposed issuance of Options to shareholders on the register as at 7:00pm, 23 May 2021. Refer to the Company’s market announcement titled “Notice of EGM and Explanatory Statement” under the Issuer Code FNP.
Due to the timetable and offer structure the ASX will not be able to disseminate a corporate action for this options issue. Customers are requested to take note of the offer details in the company announcement.
Some of the information that is provided in this announcement is as follows;
- The Options will be granted pursuant to a separate prospectus which will be lodged with ASIC and ASX if Resolution 9 is approved by Shareholders.
- The Options will be granted on a pro-rata basis to Shareholders with a registered address in Australia and New Zealand other than Arrovest who are registered on the Options Record Date.
- The Options will be granted for nil consideration.
