HVN - Harvey Norman Holdings Limited – Cancellation of Dividend

On 28 February 2020 Harvey Norman Holdings Limited – HVN announced a 12c fully franked dividend with an ex-date of 2 April 2020 and a record date of 3 April 2020.

ASX would like to draw customer’s attention to a further announcement made on 2 April 2020 at 6:38pm as notice of cancellation of this dividend due to COVID-19 concerns.

Due to the late timing of the announcement ASX were unable to remove the XD tag in the trading system for trading date 3 April but please note this dividend has been cancelled and the XD tag will be removed for Monday’s trade date 6 April.

All trades transacted on 2 April 2020 in HVN will stand.
