The purpose of this ASX Notice is to inform ASX Market Participants of the expected admission to trading status and commencement of trading of the Vanguard Global Minimum Volatility Active ETF (Managed Fund) (ASX: VMIN) and the Vanguard Global Value Equity Active ETF (Managed Fund) (ASX: VVLU) labelled by the Issuer as the Vanguard Active ETFs. This information is a summary only and ASX Market Participants are responsible for understanding the terms of the ETFs and should read the Product Disclosure Statement dated 29 March 2018 (the “PDS”) before trading in these ETFs. The ETFs will be quoted under the AQUA Rules framework. Market Participants should be aware of the differences between the AQUA rules and other rule frameworks.
