ASX Clear Operating Rule Guidance Note 5 Suspension and Termination of Participants
ASX Settlement Operating Rule Guidance Note 5 Suspension and Termination of Participants
The updates:
highlight that the suspension or termination of a participant’s admission in one ASX market or facility could lead to the suspension or termination of its admission in another ASX market or facility
explain that where activities are outsourced to another participant that which has its admission suspended or terminated this could lead to the suspension or termination of the outsourcing participant if it is unable to comply with its obligations under the relevant Operating Rules
elaborate on the conditions or restrictions that may be applied on a participant’s admission (if there are circumstances entitling ASX to suspend or terminate the participant’s admission)
in respect of ASX Settlement Operating Rule Guidance Note 5, explains the operation of the back-out algorithm
