The securities of the Company were suspended from official quotation on 18 November 2016, following receipt of an announcement regarding a transaction that would result in a significant change to the Company’s activities.
The securities of the Company are expected to be reinstated to official quotation from the commencement of trading on Friday, 20 January 2017, following the Company’s compliance with listing rule 11.1.3 and chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. The Company did not raise any funds under the prospectus dated 18 November 2016 and the supplementary prospectus dated 16 December 2016. The Company conducted a share buy-back, which resulted in the issued capital being reduced from 34,852,634 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) on issue to 31,367,371 Shares on issue.
