This Notice is to notify all Participants of the timetable and process being implemented in relation to the revocation of approval of CDIs in respect of a class of Principal Financial Products issued by Alcoa Inc.

Participants are advised that the CHESS Subregister for the abovementioned class of the Company’s Principal Financial Products will be closed at End of Day Monday, 17 October 2016.  At that time, any remaining Holdings on the CHESS Subregister will be converted to the Issuer Sponsored Subregister. 

After End of Day on Monday, 17 October 2016, ASX Settlement will not process Messages or classes of Messages relating to the abovementioned class of the Company’s Principal Financial Products transmitted by the Company or any Participants.
