ReferencePoint Master List customers are advised that some invalid Exchange Traded Options and ASX Futures securities records were disseminated in the ReferencePoint Master List E01 and E02 files dated 25 November 2016. Further, two ASX XJO futures (XJOH59 and XJOWO8) are not contained in the ReferencePoint Daily Official List Initialisation Quotes file dated 25 November 2016 (QI161125.ZIP).
What do I need to do by when?
ReferencePoint Master List customers are to note the list of invalid ETO and Futures instruments contained in the ReferencePoint Master List E01 & E02 files and the two ASX XJO futures not contained in the ReferencePoint Daily Official List Initialisation Quotes file (QI161125.ZIP) detailed in this Notice.

Invalid Exchange Traded Options and ASX Futures securities disseminated in the ReferencePoint Master List E01 and E02 files.
ReferencePoint Master List customers are advised that the E02 securities update file dated 24 November 2016 contained the following invalid Exchange Traded Option securities with XJO as underlying. The securities have a First Active Date of 25 November 2016 and a Last Active Date of 24 November 2016.
Update records for these instruments, with the exception of XJOUI7, were disseminated in the ReferencePoint Master List E02 file dated 25 November 2016 with Last Active Date of 25 November 2016. These invalid instruments were also disseminated in the ReferencePoint Master List weekly full security download E01 dated 25 November 2016.
Invalid ASX Code XJOUI7 was disseminated in the ReferencePoint Master List E01 weekly full security download with a Last Active Date of 24 November 2016.
