It is anticipated that Bravura Solutions Limited (Company) will be admitted to the official list of ASX on Wednesday, 16 November 2016.
Official quotation of the Company’s fully paid ordinary shares is expected to commence at 11:30am AEDT on Wednesday, 16 November 2016. The Company is expected to raise approximately $148.1 million pursuant to the offer under a prospectus dated 28 October 2016 issued by the Company and Bravura SaleCo Limited (SaleCo) (Prospectus) by the issue of 78,931,095 ordinary shares and the transfer of 23,201,212 ordinary shares to applicants under the offer at an issue and sale price of $1.45 per share.
