It is anticipated that Elanor Retail Property Fund I and Elanor Retail Property Fund II (Stapled Trusts), which are to form a stapled entity known as Elanor Retail Property Fund (Fund), will be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Wednesday, 9 November 2016.
Official quotation of the Fund’s stapled securities is expected to commence at 12:00pm AEDT on Wednesday, 9 November on a deferred settlement basis. The Fund is expected to raise approximately $109.2 million pursuant to the offer under a product disclosure statement dated 14 October 2016, issued by Elanor Funds Management Limited as responsible entity of the Stapled Trusts (Offer Document) by the issue of 80,952,653 stapled securities at an issue price of $1.35 per stapled security.
