Equity Trustees Limited (‘EQT’) as responsible entity and AQUA Product Issuer of the EQT Dundas Global Equity Fund – Class A units (the ‘Fund’) has made the determination to close the Fund effective 30 June 2016.

As a result of the closure of the Fund, EQT has advised that any applications received from 10 June 2016 will not be accepted for processing, and any applications received after this date will be rejected, and accordingly revert back to the Settlement Participant concerned.

EQT will continue to accept redemptions for the Fund until 30 June 2016.

What do I need to do by when?

Participants should ensure that staff receiving or processing applications for the Fund are aware of the potential for these requests to be rejected from 10 June 2016.
