ASX has amended Procedure 10.A.3.3(c)(ii) of the ASX Operating Rules to include the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Investment Grade Index (“Markit Index”) as a specified index. The amendment facilitates admission of proposed AQUA Products where the capital value or distributions of the proposed AQUA Product are linked to underlying instruments which are debentures or bonds included in the Markit Index.

The amendments will take effect on 3 June 2016.
