Following approval by the High Court of New Zealand of the scheme of arrangement whereby shareholders in New Zealand-incorporated Michael Hill International Limited (“MHI NZ”) receive one share in the Company for each share held in MHI NZ (the “Scheme”) on 24 June 2016, it is expected that the Company will be admitted to the official list on Thursday, 7 July 2016.
Official quotation of the Company’s shares is expected to commence at 11:00am AEST on Thursday, 7 July 2016.
