On 21 November 2016, Insurance Australia Group Limited (Company) announced an offer of Capital Notes (Notes) (ASX Code: IAGPD).
It is expected that the Notes will commence trading on a deferred settlement basis from 12.00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Friday, 23 December 2016.
