ReferencePoint Corporate Action, ReferencePoint Master List, Daily Diary and Weekly Summary customers are advised that State Street Global Advisors, Australia Services Limited lodged an announcement on 16 December 2016 detailing a distribution on its listed Exchanged Traded Fund (ASX Code: SPY). Refer to the Fund’s market announcement titled “Distribution Announcement” under the ASX Code SPY. Due to the timetable structure of the distribution, ASX will not be able to disseminate a dividend/distribution corporate action for this distribution. Customers are requested to manually enter the distribution records in their system.

Some details of the corporate action are:

  • Record Date: 19 December 2016

  • Expected AUD Pay Date: 13 February 2017

  • Distribution: USD 1.32893

  • No Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) on offer for this fund.

  • Details of the foreign exchange rate for the conversion of the payment to Australian dollars will be provided prior to the AUD Pay Date.
