As detailed in the 2016 and 2017 ASX Trading Calendars regarding ASX trading arrangements for 2016/2017 Christmas and New Year period, shortened trading days will apply on Friday 23 December 2016 and Friday 30 December 2016 for the ASX Cash Market. In addition, the following days are designated as ASX Non-Trading and Non-Business Days: ASX markets and systems closed.

    Gateway Hours

    Customers are to note that although December 23 and 30, 2016 are shortened trading days, ASX gateway availability will be as per normal trading days.

     

    Customer Support

    Although trading will cease early on Friday 23 December 2016 and Friday 30 December 2016, direct support by ASX Customer Technical Support (CTS) team will continue up to 16:30 hrs AEDT on both days.  The customer support numbers remain unchanged being the ASX CTS team phone numbers +61 2 9227 0372 and 1800 663 053. The call will be diverted accordingly.

     

    ASX ComNews™

    Subscribers to ASX ComNews™ Company Announcement service are advised that this service will not be available on Monday 26 December 2016, Tuesday 27 December 2016 and Monday 02 January 2017 which are Australian Public Holidays and ASX non-trading and non-settlement days.

    Company announcements will be available via ASX ComNews™ between the hours of 08:30 hrs and 16:30 hrs on Friday 23 December 2016 and Friday 30 December 2016 which are shortened trading days.

     

    ASX Market Share Summary Reports

    The first run of the end of day broker Market Share summary reports will be available at approximately 16:00 hrs on the shortened trading days.  Availability of the second or final run of the reports will remain unchanged at approximately 20:00 hrs.

     

    ASX Daily Diary, Daily Schedule and Weekly Summary

     

    Daily Schedule will be available from 14:30 hrs on 23 December 2016 (Friday) and 30 December 2016 (Friday).

     

    The first version of the Daily Diary will be available from 14:30 hrs on 23 December 2016 (Friday) and 30 December 2016 (Friday).  Availability of the final version of this report will remain unchanged.

     

    Weekly Summary will be available in the morning of 23 December 2016 (Friday) and 30 December 2016 (Friday).
