ReferencePoint Corporate Action and Daily Diary customers are advised that the reduction and consolidation of share capital for Octanex N.L.’s partly paid shares (ASX Code: OXXCB) are not able to be processed and disseminated as corporate actions.
Octanex N.L. lodged a Notice of Meeting on 24 October 2016 detailing a resolution that proposed Octanex’s share capital be restructured by cancelling the uncalled amount of 10c per share on each of the 67,078,910 ordinary shares paid to 15c in the share capital of the Company (“partly paid shares”) and that such resultant shares then be consolidated into 40,247,346 ordinary fully paid shares ranking pari-passu with the Company’s existing issued ordinary fully paid shares. Each five partly paid shares will convert into three fully paid shares. The resolution was approved on the 24 November 2016.
