ASX has today released updated versions of the Guidance Notes detailed below.

(a) Guidance Note updated to provide further information on ASX’s expectations regarding the notification of significant breaches and the timing of notification of regulatory action:

(b) Guidance Note updated to provide further information on ASX’s expectations regarding the notification of significant breaches, the timing of notification of regulatory action and capital-related notifications for bank OTC participants:
