Qualifications

ASX issues guidance notes to promote commercial certainty, reduce costs to business and assist market participants, and is available to discuss any questions you have in relation to a Guidance Note. Contact the Manager, Companies at the home branch of the entity. For entities seeking admission to the official list, contact the office in the State where the main administrative functions of the entity are located.

ASX may replace Guidance Notes at any time. Entities should contact ASX to ensure they have the latest version of a Guidance Note. As a Guidance Note is only a guide to ASX policy and practice, entities are advised to contact ASX to discuss their particular circumstances and the application of the Listing Rules. ASX cannot give legal advice to entities and recommends that they consider taking advice from a qualified professional person.
