The clean version of the Rules is attached here.

The marked up version of sections 2, 3, 4 and 7 of the Rules is attached here. Sections 1, 5, 6 and the Schedules have not been marked up because the only change is replacing “the Exchange” with “the Market Operator”.

Please note the new format which includes the Rules shaded in grey with the Procedures beneath each relevant rule.

What do I need to do by when?

Customers should ensure they have familiarised themselves with the updated Rules and determine any internal procedure changes that should be made ahead of the effective date in February 2017
